The Deliverance (BLUE) by Matthew Wright and Harry Robson

The deliverance is an ingenious gimmick that allows you to retrieve a signed card from a completely sealed box under the fairest, strictest conditions.

Picture this:

A deck of cards is removed from a playing card box.

The cards can be fanned or spread to show all cards are different. A card is selected as the cards are dealt onto the table or spectators hands.

The selected card is signed and returned to the spread. The card remains sticking out and visible ensuring that no switches are made. It can clearly be seen in the middle of the deck as it is slowly and openly placed back into the box.

The box can be seen to be completely sealed on five sides by the plastic wrapper. The only way in or out of the box is through the top flap. The flap is closed and a sticker is placed over the flap sealing both the card and the deck inside. The hands can be seen completely empty.

The sticker is signed and the box is left on full display never leaving the spectators sight and yet you are still able to produce the card from any impossible location you choose.

For an added layer of impossibility the sealed box can even be placed inside a paper bag which is completely wrapped in Gaffa tape and yet the magician can still steal out the card at any time they choose.

It is easy to do. It requires no palming, no special technical sleight of hand, no complicated moves and yet opens up a whole world of possibilities for the card to appear in your favorite mystery location.
